• Crystal Structure: tetragonal, a = b = 0.712 nm c = 0.629 nm
• Density: 4.22 g/cm3
• Refractive Indices: no=1.9573, ne=2.1652 @ 1064nm
   no=1.9721, ne=2.1858 @ 808nm
   no=2.0210, ne=2.2560 @ 532nm
• Nd3+ Concentration: up to 4.0 at. % (other concentrations by request)
• Possible Linear Size: 1.5 up to 30.0 mm (round/square)
• Possible Linear Size of the Undoped Part: up to 5 mm
• Possible Linear Size of the Doped Part: up to 10 mm
• Size Tolerance: 0.1 mm
• Parallelism: 10”
• Surface Quality: 10/5 s/d
• Flatness: lambda/10
• Damage Threshold: 1 GW/cm2


Application:
active medium for diode pumped lasers
• Pumping Ragne: ca. 802-820 nm
• Lasing Wavelength: 914 nm, 1064 nm, 1342 nm
• Diode Pumped Optical to Optical Efficiency: >60%
• Emission Polarization: linear, parallel to c-axis of the crystal
• Lasing Threshold: ca. 70% of Nd:YAG
• Emission Bandwidth: 0.8nm @ 1064nm


 AR, HR, HT coatings (laserline and broadband) are possible by request
